🔄 Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized products

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
